A friendly address, and above all a gourmet address.. You are in Sorges and Ligueux, known to gastronomes from all over the world as the capital of the black truffle. Every year, more than 10,000 visitors from all walks of life meet in Sorges, where the unmissable truffle market is held from December 1st to the last weekend of January. It is in this prestigious setting surrounded by greenery in the heart of the Périgord Vert, 20 km from Périgueux, that the Auberge de la Truffe was established in the village 40 years ago.
Today, Bénédicte and Bruno are at the helm of this charming inn, keen to preserve the authentic and quality character of the place for the pleasure of welcoming you. Your hosts guarantee you a comforting break with 20 rooms spread over two buildings 150 meters away and a restaurant with renowned cuisine highly appreciated by local or passing gourmets. To enhance your leisure or business stays, you will also have at your disposal a fitness room with its equipment (weight training machine, rowing machine, elliptical bike, etc.).
And for your receptions and seminars in Périgord Vert, the Auberge de la Truffe proposes two rooms that can be privatized.
