Périgourdine gastronomy is subtly expressed in the emblematic Auberge de la Truffe, an institution in the region honored by Chef Pierre Corre for many years.
Today, it is Jean-Christophe Abrial who perpetuates the tradition of the essential recipes around the truffle, of his predecessor, while adding his personal touch to propose a delicious cuisine full of finesse from noble quality products.
In an elegant and refined atmosphere, our restaurant proposes several formulas according to your desires and tastes, with the centrepiece, of course, the truffle. It is also available in a menu entirely dedicated to it, a unique culinary journey to the temple of flavors of the Périgord region.
Note the famous truffle scrambled eggs, a must-try all year round in our restaurant.
